Privacy Policy

We collect:

• Account information — your email address, and profile information from Google if you sign in with Google
• Your Content — the spreadsheets, documents, presentations, and knowledge base documents you create, upload, or import
• Billing information — handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe; we don’t store your card details ourselves
• Usage data — basic technical information like log data and error reports needed to operate and troubleshoot the Service

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and secure the Service, including saving and syncing Your Content
• Process AI feature requests (see Section 4 below)
• Process subscription payments and manage your account
• Respond to support requests
• Improve and troubleshoot the Service

We rely on the following providers to operate the Service:

• Supabase — authentication and database storage for your account and Your Content
• Anthropic — processes content you submit through AI features (see Section 4)
• Voyage AI — generates search embeddings for documents you upload to your Knowledge Base, so AI-powered questions can find relevant content
• Stripe — handles subscription billing and checkout
• Vercel — hosts the Service

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and only for the purposes described here.

When you use an AI feature — generating a document or presentation, asking a question about your spreadsheet data, summarizing a meeting transcript, drafting an email, or asking a question against your knowledge base documents — the relevant content is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a response. Documents you upload to your Knowledge Base are also sent to Voyage AI to generate search embeddings, so your questions can find the right content. Don’t paste information into an AI feature that you’re not comfortable sharing with our AI providers for processing.

We use only functional cookies required to keep you signed in (session/authentication cookies). We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We use industry-standard measures — including encryption in transit and access controls on our database — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account and Your Content for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual documents at any time from within the Service. To delete your account and associated data entirely, contact us at the address below.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at the address below to exercise these rights.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll post the updated policy here with a new “Last updated” date.
